Training: 6 x 45 minute modules that can be scheduled in one full day skill building workshop or 6 x 1, 3 x 2 or 2 x 3 Take a Break and Educate Sessions to suit.

Coaching: Following training one on one coaching consolidates what has been learned and embeds new behaviours.
